The first meeting of the Project Partners was held remotely. It was attended by representatives of all three partner organisations: WSB Merito University in Poznań, University of Akureyri, and the Edulabor Training and Advisory Centre. The purpose of the meeting was for the Project Partners to get to know each other and to present the project, including its aim, scope and results, budget, and visualisation guidelines. The principles of project management and methods of communication between the Project Partners were provisionally established. The dates for the next project partners’ meeting and workshops in Poland (learning and training activities) were set. The action plan for the coming months was also discussed, including the preparation of a survey for an “In-depth analysis of the project partners and their environment in terms of the strengths and weaknesses of distance education”.
